Former First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, issued to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of UNESCO in 1966. The envelope includes three illustrated stamps, with "VIET NAM CONG HOA" and "UNESCO" mentions, as well as a colorful illustration depicting a woman and child in traditional attire. The "NGAY DAU TIEN – SAIGON – 15-12-66" postmark is clearly visible.
