Former "First Day Cover" (FDC) philatelic envelope from Vietnam, illustrated with a portrait of Phan Bội Châu. It features two cancelled stamps depicting Vietnamese historical figures. "SAIGON" postmark dated 24.3.1967 visible, tricolor print (black, red, brown) on a cream background. "Les Patriotes" (The Patriots) inscription and mentions in French and Vietnamese. Clear writing, well-preserved stamps, slight period patina.
