Old postmarked envelope from the Dumont d'Urville Antarctic expedition 1976 philately

Used cancelled envelope issued on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Dumont d'Urville base in Adélie Land. Illustrated envelope, franked with two "French Southern and Antarctic Lands" stamps (1.20 and 4.00), "First Day 01-01-1976" postmarks. Mention of the French Antarctic expedition 1975-1977, handwritten address, blue print and various visible polar motifs.

Used condition, sold as is. The envelope shows signs of wear related to its age, visible in the photo. The whole remains legible and suitable for collection.
