The envelope features two stamps, one illustrated with Saint Michael slaying the dragon (15F) and another with regional coat of arms (5F), as well as several round "Propagande Antituberculeuse Troyes Aube" postmarks dated November 1959. "Postiers Philatélistes Avon (Seine-et-Marne)" printed on the front.
