Vintage philatelic envelope from a collection, franked with a French "UNESCO" cancelled stamp, dated November 15-16, 1958, with round "Anti-Tuberculosis Propaganda" postmarks from Troyes (Aube). "Comité Départemental d?Action d?Hygiène et d?Éducation Sanitaire de l?Aube" (Departmental Committee for Health Action and Education of Aube) mentioned in purple and printed address "SCOTEM, Paris-IX". Cream color, inscriptions and stamps clearly legible. Some visible signs of use.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows slight handling marks and old pencil writings.
