Description

This lot consists of a block of Indochina postage stamps, with a face value of 6 centimes, printed in a characteristic blue-green hue. Each stamp bears the inscription "POSTES INDOCHINE 6c" and features a figurative motif typical of the French colonial era in Southeast Asia: a traditional boat on a river, with a landscape of palm trees and mountains in the background. The design is framed by decorative elements and inscriptions in capital letters, including "LA JONQUE" at the bottom of the visual.

The block visible in the photo includes 12 new, uncancelled stamps, arranged in 3 columns and 4 rows, with a lateral margin on the left. The perforations are regular and well-defined, ensuring a clean separation between each stamp. The upper margin shows traces of moisture or handling, visible as diffuse brown stains.
