Official Pokémon card featuring Electabuzz, 1997 Japanese promo version. The card is visible under sealed protection in a transparent PSA-certified case, with the grading label clearly displayed at the top of the case. The grade assigned by PSA is 8 (NM-MT), corresponding to "Near Mint to Mint", ensuring excellent overall condition for a card of this era.

The front face features a gold background and a black frame highlighting the illustration of Electabuzz, an Electric-type Pokémon, with a stylized luminous glow effect. The texts and information are in Japanese, with the Pokémon's name (エレブー), its level (LV.20), its hit points (HP60) as well as its attacks, energy symbols, and weaknesses.
