Old administrative document visible in the photo, dated from the late 1930s to 1940, related to public works and hydraulic projects in Marseille, entitled "Renewal of authorization - Chantiers Massilia". The main document bears the date of February 21, 1939 in the header and concerns the temporary occupation of the public maritime domain at the Anse du Pharo, Marseille Littoral. It is a report written by a subdivision engineer from the State Public Works Department (T.P.E), with a handwritten section detailing the purpose of the request and administrative references.

The document presents a typical layout of French administration from that period: printed header, handwritten annotations in black ink, and several references to ministerial decrees and circulars. On the margin, the name "Chabannes" and the mention "Marseille Paulille" are visible, likely referring to responsible parties or individuals involved.
