This old administrative document is an official form issued by the City of Marseille, relating to leases and concessions for public works, specifically in the hydraulic field. It is a period print, filled out by hand, with handwritten annotations and calculations. The form is titled "BAUX ET CONCESSIONS" (LEASES AND CONCESSIONS) and bears a Directorate and Office reference at the top of the page (Directorate N° 247-2989, Office N° 46.62).
