It features a 30-franc stamp, as well as two official postmarks dated October 24, 1970, in Libreville. The visual shows a purple motif representing the Earth and the United Nations logo, accompanied by the inscription "XXVe ANNIVERSAIRE DE L'O.N.U." (25th ANNIVERSARY OF THE UN).
This envelope is numbered 00052 out of a limited edition of 2000 copies. The overall condition is used, with some minor visible marks on the surface, but the design and inscriptions remain clear and legible.
