First Day Cover (FDC) visible in the photo, illustrated with a portrait of A. Honorat (1868-1950) and a building, likely related to his history. The envelope bears the inscription "PREMIER JOUR D’ÉMISSION" No 857, F.D.C., as well as the date "19 NOV. 1960" and the "PARIS" postmark. The round postmark, clearly legible, indicates the date of the first issue.
