Illustrated First Day Cover, issued to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of Les Petits Lits Blancs, dated October 26, 1968, in Paris. The visible side features a color illustration depicting Léon Bérard, the founder, surrounded by children and caregivers in a hospital setting, with the mention "Cinquantenaire des Petits Lits Blancs" (Fiftieth Anniversary of Les Petits Lits Blancs) and the date "26 octobre 1968" (October 26, 1968) clearly printed.

The envelope bears two Paris First Day postmarks, both marked "Cinquantenaire des Petits Lits Blancs 26 Octobre 1968 Paris" (Fiftieth Anniversary of Les Petits Lits Blancs October 26, 1968 Paris) around a stylized drawing of a child. A red stamp is also visible on the right, surmounted by a First Day postmark. The words "Première Jour d’Émission First Day Cover" are printed at the bottom left.

The envelope is protected in a transparent plastic sleeve, which reveals a visibly clean and well-preserved surface. The upper part of the envelope shows no apparent signs of wear, and the illustration's printing remains clear and colorful. The lower edge reveals a small handwritten "1.2f" label affixed to the sleeve.

The typography, graphics, and illustration style are typical of the late 1960s, confirmed by the issue date and the style of the postmarks.

Used item sold as is. The envelope shown in the photo appears to be in good overall condition, with no apparent tears or stains on the displayed side. The protective plastic sleeve has some creases but effectively protects the envelope.
