Description Illustrated First Day Cover, issued to commemorate the release of a stamp dedicated to Ilet du Gosier in Guadeloupe. The visible side features a stylized color illustration depicting a traditional pirogue on a turquoise sea background, with Ilet du Gosier in the background, typical of the graphic style of the 1970s. The inscription "ILET DU GOSIER" appears in the upper left, accompanied by the mention "GUADELOUPE" in the lower left.

Two round postmarks are clearly visible on the right side of the envelope, with the legend "GUADELOUPE – ILET DU GOSIER" and the date "20-6-1970," indicating the stamp's issue date. The mention "PREMIER JOUR D’EMISSION" (First Day of Issue) is printed in blue below the illustration, followed by the translation "FIRST DAY COVER."

A small handwritten insert, probably an old price, indicates "12F" on a piece of paper glued to the visible side. The envelope is preserved under transparent plastic protection, allowing the general condition to be seen without being able to examine the back.

The dominant colors are blue, green, brown, and white, with neat graphics and clear details on the illustration of the landscape and the pirogue. The signature "Séguin" is noted on the illustration, probably the artist or engraver of the stamp.

Condition Used item, sold as is. The visible side shows very good preservation, with no apparent folds, stains, or defects, protected by a transparent plastic sleeve. No other details are observable on the non-visible sides.
