Description

First Day Cover, illustrated on the front with a medallion portrait and a recognized building: the Lycée Louis-le-Grand in Paris. The colorized illustration depicts a man in a period wig, bust-length, against a background of an architectural facade, with the inscription "1563 – 1963 Quatrième Centenaire Lycée Louis-le-Grand" (Fourth Centenary Lycée Louis-le-Grand).
