This illustrated envelope is a "First Day Cover" (FDC), dedicated to Rembrandt and more precisely to the work "Young Warrior." On the left side of the envelope is a color engraving depicting a young man in armor, with a shining helmet and a red cloak, inspired by Rembrandt's famous painting. The print is sharp, with fine graphic details and a strong contrast between light and dark areas.

In the upper left, the inscription "PREMIER JOUR D'ÉMISSION N°520" (First Day of Issue No. 520) is printed in red, with the English translation "FIRST DAY COVER" just below. To the right of the illustration, the words "ENVELOPPE HISTORIQUE" (Historical Envelope) are visible in blue, accompanied by an official postmark.
