Description
This CEF philatelic sheet celebrates the 125th anniversary of the Red Cross. On the visible side, the sheet features a colorful illustration depicting a bouquet of stylized red crosses, tied with a large blue ribbon against a gradient background. To the right of the visual, printed text traces the history of the Red Cross, from its creation in Geneva in 1863 by Henri Dunant, to its international influence.
The sheet incorporates an official "République Française 2,20 Croix-Rouge" stamp in the lower right section, accompanied by a commemorative postmark "CROIX-ROUGE FRANÇAISE 93 LE BOURGET" and a portrait of Henri Dunant. The Red Cross logo and the French flag are also visible next to the stamp, reinforcing the humanitarian iconography of the document.
On the left border, the sheet bears the mention "N° 520 du catalogue CEF" as well as the limited edition indication, confirming its philatelic authenticity.
