This CEF philatelic sheet commemorates the 35th Cannes International Film Festival, 1982 edition. The piece features a meticulous layout: at its center, a large artistic illustration signed by Pierre Forget depicts the stylized Bay of Cannes, topped by a colorful beam evoking cinema projectors. The whole is bordered by a fine golden frame, accentuating the commemorative aspect of the sheet.
