This CEF (Courrier d'Entreprise à la Française) sheet honors Henri Moissan, a renowned French chemist and recipient of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1906. The presented side features an illustrated composition around Moissan's drawn portrait, in sepia, brown, and gray tones, accompanied by a laboratory diagram and a reproduction of the stamp associated with the issue. The whole is framed by a white background, with technical margins on the left, notably including the mention "N° 82 du catalogue CEF" and "Feuillet édité par les Editions CEF".

The sheet includes a detailed biographical text on the right, tracing Moissan's scientific career, his role in the discovery of fluorine, and his Nobel Prize.
