This CEF philatelic sheet honors Charles Dullin (1885-1949), a major figure in French theater. On the front, there is a drawn portrait of Charles Dullin, created by Rémi Quillivic, framed by a decorative Greek-motif border. In the upper right, the sheet features a stamp bearing Dullin's likeness, with a face value of 3.20 francs, accompanied by a first-day cancellation "CHARLES DULLIN 1949 - 1985, 13 YENNE," and an architectural illustration in the background of the stamp.

The text printed on the right side of the sheet traces Charles Dullin's career and influence in the revival of theater in France between the two wars. The inscriptions are clear and legible, with a neat presentation typical of CEF philatelic issues.
