This philatelic sheet published by CEF is dedicated to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. It is sheet n°728 from the CEF catalog, identifiable by the inscription visible at the top left. The presentation adopts a rectangular format with perforations on the left, typical of CEF sheets, allowing for easy storage in a binder.

The visible side features a central black and white illustration by Jacques Gauthier, Grand Prix de Rome in Engraving, depicting athletes in motion, surmounted by the Olympic rings.
