This philatelic sheet, published by CEF, pays tribute to Tony Garnier, a famous Lyon-based architect. Used item sold as is. The sheet presents a clean and neat surface, with no apparent folds or visible stains on the front. The prints are clear, the colors of the stamp and the photograph are well preserved. The perforations on the left margin are intact.
