This figurine depicts a character from the animated series Sailor Moon, identifiable by her iconic blue and yellow uniform, stylized blonde hair with an upturned fringe, and the blue tiara visible on her forehead. The item is molded from soft vinyl, characteristic of Japanese toys from the 90s, as suggested by the matte finish and the visible flexibility of the limbs.
