Japanese Laserdisc presented in an off-white cardboard sleeve, featuring a black and white illustration of Astro Boy (Tetsuwan Atom), an iconic character from the manga and anime created by Osamu Tezuka. On the visible side, the sleeve features a central photo showing Astro Boy with open arms, with palm trees and a cloudy sky in the background, typical of the graphic style of the early episodes of the animated series.

In the upper right corner, the "LaserDisc" mention is printed, confirming the format of the medium. The lower left corner displays the standard LaserDisc logo.
