Description This set consists of several handwritten sheets penned in blue ink on lined paper, displayed on a light wooden table. The dense, regular cursive script fills almost the entirety of each page, indicative of detailed personal correspondence. The top of one sheet shows the mention "Marseille" followed by a date, placing the letter in a specific geographical context. The pages show neat alignment, typical of letters written during the first half of the 20th century.

Each sheet displays uniform blue ink, with some variations in intensity due to fountain pen pressure. Margins are respected, and the writing remains legible across all visible surfaces. A traditional epistolary style is observed, with long handwritten sentences and careful page layout. No printed letterhead, logo, or illustrations are visible on these documents, reinforcing their personal and authentic nature.

The paper shows a slight patina, indicating its age, without bright colors or decorative patterns. The corners of the sheets are neat and show no major tears, although some folds or undulations are noticeable, typical of old use and handling. Two black fountain pens, crossed on the table, accompany the letters and suggest the writing method used at the time.

The photograph highlights the paper's texture, the thickness of the ink strokes, and the spontaneous arrangement of the pages, evoking an intimate moment of writing. The environment, with a bookshelf in the background, emphasizes the literary and historical context of the room. The handwritten lines evoke lived correspondence, likely during wartime, consistent with the period indicated in the keywords (1939-1945).

The first visible page bears the inscription "Marseille, Wednesday 10...", which precisely places the letter in a period and location. No postmark or envelope is visible in the image. The other pages, although partially covered, show continuous writing, without illustrations or marginal annotations.

Condition Used item, sold as is. The sheets show a natural patina, some handling marks, and discreet undulations, with no major tears or stains visible on the exposed side.
