Illustrated First Day Cover dedicated to Eugène Delacroix's work "Liberty Leading the People," visible on the front. The envelope features a color reproduction of the painting, framed with a golden fillet, with the inscription "Eugène DELACROIX" at the top and the title of the work at the bottom. The entire piece is protected by a transparent plastic sleeve, preserving the colors and the sharpness of the print.

The upper left part of the letter is illustrated with the famous painting, while the right part features two canceled stamps. The stamps, one blue and one green, display a Republican female profile, typical of French issues. Two round postmarks are clearly visible, bearing the inscription "PREMIER JOUR D’ÉMISSION" (FIRST DAY OF ISSUE) and the date "20 JUIN 1982" (JUNE 20, 1982), as well as the indication "LIBERTÉ PARIS."

The typographic layout is sober and elegant, with inscriptions in French and English: "PREMIER JOUR D’ÉMISSION – FIRST DAY COVER." The handwritten price "60F" is affixed on a small piece of paper glued to the sleeve.
