Old book entitled "La Guerre racontée par nos généraux – Commandants de groupe d’armées" (The War as told by our Generals – Army Group Commanders), published by Librairie Schwarz in Paris. The visible cover features an ornamental frame typical of the early 20th century, with a central black and white illustration signed "Malcourois sc.". Three military figures in uniform are visible, including an officer facing forward, in a command scene. The overall visual evokes the graphic style of World War I.
