This document is a vintage, rectangular booklet with a soft, predominantly beige cover, typical of trade union publications from the mid-20th century. On the front, the main title, in large black letters, reads: "XXIIe Congrès National Fédéral" (22nd National Federal Congress). It is a stenographic report of the debates of the congress held in Paris in June 1952, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Fédération Nationale des Travailleurs de l’Alimentation et des Hôtels, Cafés, Restaurants de France et des Territoires d’Outre-Mer (CGT). The cover also bears the mention "Bulletin d’Information et d’Éducation Syndicales – Numéro spécial" (Trade Union Information and Education Bulletin – Special Issue), as well as the acronyms CGT and FSM.

The booklet exhibits a uniform patina, with numerous foxing marks visible on the cover, particularly on the edges and at the bottom, indicating its age and prolonged storage. The corners are slightly dog-eared, especially the bottom right, and the paper has an ivory to browned hue, typical of uncoated papers from the 1950s. The typography and layout are characteristic of union publications from this period, with a sober and functional composition.

In the center of the cover, the precise date (June 8, 9, 10, and 11, 1952) and location (Paris, Salle Pierre Semard, 33 rue de la Grange-aux-Belles) are clearly indicated. A printed CGT stamp is also visible, guaranteeing the authenticity of the document's trade union origin. The entire text is printed in black, with no illustrations or photographs visible on the front cover.

This type of booklet was intended for distribution to participants or union members, serving as both an archive and an internal communication tool. The overall condition is consistent with an archival document that has endured several decades, with a distinct vintage appearance and authentic wear visible on the surface and corners.
