This lot consists of ten visible stamps, all from French West Africa (AOF), dedicated to airmail. Each stamp features varied illustrations, characteristic of the postal iconography of the era, with motifs of personalities, aerial scenes, landscapes, economic activities, and regional symbols.

The stamps display a dominant palette of sober and contrasting colors: violet, blue, green, brown, orange, and red.
