Description

This Catholic religious medal is a round, silver-finished pendant. On the visible side, it features a central relief depicting the seated Virgin Mary, haloed, holding the Infant Jesus on her lap. The scene is finely detailed, with an impression of depth and relief on the medal.

Around the depiction, an inscription in capital letters follows the perimeter of the medallion. The upper part of the inscription is clearly legible: "NOTRE DAME DE LOURDES PRIEZ POUR NOUS" (OUR LADY OF LOURDES PRAY FOR US). The text is clear, in slight relief, and well-centered on the perimeter. The attachment ring is integrated into the pendant's mass, allowing it to be easily attached to a chain or cord.

The visible surface has a smooth, shiny finish, evoking a silvery metallic appearance. No hallmark or manufacturer's mark is visible on this side. The edges are slightly rounded, with no chips or major flaws, indicating careful striking work.
