Description

This religious medal depicts Saint Catherine Labouré in relief on one visible side, within a classic oval frame. The inscription "S. Catherine Labouré" is arched across the top, accompanied by "ITALY" on the right, indicating the country of manufacture. The stylized portrait of the saint, in a nun's habit, is clearly identifiable, holding two distinct medallions, emblematic elements of her iconography.

The medal features a bronze finish, in accordance with the keywords, with a visible matte patina due to age-related wear, particularly on the most prominent reliefs. The integrated, rounded bail allows the medal to be worn as a pendant, either on a chain or a cord.

The edge of the medal shows a smooth border, with no additional decoration, while the molding work reveals clear details on the saint's face and habit.
