This document, visible in the photo, is an old bearer founder's share issued by the "Compagnie des Produits Chimiques & Charbons Actifs Ed. Urbain". It is an authentic stock certificate, dating from the early 20th century, whose aesthetics and typography are characteristic of the 1920s in France. The entire document is printed in blue on cream paper, with a wide decorative frieze featuring floral and geometric patterns, typical of the Art Deco style of that period.

The upper part of the document shows the full name of the company, the share capital ("33,500,000 Francs"), as well as the mention "Part de Fondateur au Porteur" (Bearer Founder's Share) and the individual certificate number: "N° 056334". The printed signatures of an administrator and a chairman of the board of directors are clearly visible, as is the mention of the registered office in Paris and the date of creation (articles of association filed with Mr. Girardin, notary in Paris).

The lower part of the document consists of a matrix of detachable coupons, each bearing the same number as the main certificate and the mention "Coupon N°" followed by a number. These coupons were intended to be detached upon the payment of dividends or rights attached to the founder's share. Each coupon is adorned with a central monogram and a graphic frame coordinated with the rest of the document.

The paper shows slight warping and traces of handling visible on the edges, consistent with a document of its age. The colors remain vibrant, the dominant blue offering a strong contrast with the cream background. No major tears, stains, or parasitic handwritten annotations are visible on the displayed front side.
