This 6 annas Iraqi stamp is presented on a fragment with a clearly visible Baghdad cancellation. The vignette features a detailed architectural illustration, depicting a mosque identifiable by its characteristic minarets, typical of Iraqi postal iconography from the early to mid-20th century. The stamp's frame is distinguished by a black and white checkerboard geometric pattern surrounding the central scene.

The stamp, predominantly printed in black on a cream-white background, includes inscriptions in English and Arabic: "IRAQ", "POSTAGE & REVENUE", the value "6 ANNAS" and its denomination in Arabic characters. The peripheral perforation is regular and well-defined on the visible sides.

The item is affixed to an envelope or document fragment, with a partially applied registered label at the bottom ("R BAGHDAD 358"), typical of registered mail from the period. The circular "BAGHDAD R" cancellation reinforces the authenticity of the item and its postal provenance.

The stamp and fragment are mounted on a black background, which highlights the color contrasts and allows for appreciation of the graphic details.
