This lot consists of eleven Algerian fiscal stamps, presented on a black-bordered album page. Each stamp is cancelled, indicating prior postal use. The stamps bear the inscriptions "ALGERIE" and "TAXE" or "TAXE FRÉCHOURD," along with clearly visible face values ranging from 10c to 50c. Several color shades can be distinguished: one dark brown stamp, one pale green, several examples in red and burgundy tones, and violet values for the 50c stamps. The central design, typical of the period, features classic medallion motifs, with floral ornaments and inscriptions in capital letters.

The cancellations are clear, often circular, and partially cover the designs, testifying to real postal use.
